Fitness Center: The state-of-the-art fitness center is located on the third floor of 700K, equipped with the latest cardio and weight lifting equipment, including Peloton Bikes. The fitness center is accessible through the tenant card key and will be activated after a fitness center waiver is submitted online. The fitness waiver can be found in the forms section.
Conference Center: The spacious conference center, with the ability to connect your laptop to the big screen and present with ease, is located on the third floor next to the management office. This tenant-only conference center is open during business hours. To reserve the conference center for a meeting, please submit a request through the building app.
SWEETGREEN OUTPOST: Tenants can enjoy the convenience of 1525 Wilson’s Sweetgreen outpost program, enjoying complimentary daily delivery straight to the building.

Order ahead: Place your order before the 10:45 AM cutoff time — up to a day in advance
Pick it up: Your order will be waiting for you on the shelf on the wall near the 2nd Floor Lounge between 12:15 PM - 12:30 PM
